An easy standby that many of your guest will want the recipe for.
1 lg onion, sweet 3 lg bell peppers, preferably 1 each: red, yellow & green ~3 TBS oil ~4 TBS teriyaki Sauce * Clean and large dice (about 1 inch square) the onions and peppers. Heat a heavy skillet on high heat and add oil. Add the onions and press into bottom of skillet. When they start to brown, add the peppers. Stir and press into bottom of skillet. As onions and peppers begin to brown well, almost charred, stir and repeat until they are all well done and uniformly almost charred. Remove from heat and stir in teriyaki sauce and serve.
* Any good teriyaki sauce will do, a good on is Kikkoman Teriyaki Baste & Glaze.
