Red Pepper Shrimp
1  lb   shrimp, raw
4 TBS Tiger Sauce *
2 TBS olive oil
2  TBS  Tiger Sauce
1 dash fish sauce
4 TBS red pepper puree **
If shrimp is frozen, soak in salted water to cover until
thawed. Peel and devein the shrimp. Mix shrimp with 4 TBS
Tiger Sauce and olive oil. Marinate for several hours,
stirring occasionally.
Broil or grill the shrimp on both sides until just done.
Mix together and heat the Tiger Sauce, fish sauce and red
pepper puree. Toss with the cooked shrimp and serve.
As an entree, makes 2 large or 3 medium servings.  Serves
6-8 as an appetizer.

* Tiger Sauce is a sweet & sour,
  mildly picante, commercial red
  chile sauce.

** Roast a large red pepper.  Peel,
   deseed and puree. 

   Or use a commercial puree.
