Louise's Tuna Roll-up (very good)
Roll:
1    batch   biscuit dough
Filling:  
1    can     tuna, 6 oz
             lemon zest
             lemon juice
Filling Options:
     saute onions, sliced olives, peppers, chiles,
     what ever leftover looks good.
Sauce:
1    can     cream of mushroom soup 
             (or cream of celery, asparagus, etc)
1/2  can     milk
Roll biscuit dough into rectangle.  Mix filling and
spread over dough.  Roll up like a jelly roll, and 
bake in 350F oven for about 45 minutes.  Heat mushroom 
soup and milk.
Slice roll into 1/2 inch slices while hot, serve with 
mushroom sauce.
