Bok Choy Salad


1/2 head  bok choy, leaves and stalk, chop
2         green onions, sliced
1/4 cup   sesame seeds
2   oz    almonds, sliced
1/4 cup   butter
1   TBS   sugar
1   pkg   Ramen noodles (without seasoning)

Crush noodles before opening bag. In heavy fry pan brown noodles, sugar, sesame seeds, and almonds in butter being careful not to burn, stirring constantly. Cool to room temperature. Mix all ingredients together with salad dressing just before serving.


1/2 cup  salad oil
1/4 cup  sugar
2   TBS  red wine vinegar
1   TBS  soy sauce

Mix all dressing ingredients together in pint jar.
