Marinated Carrots
serves 12 - 20

2    lbs  carrots, peeled and sliced
1    can  tomato soup
1/2  cup  oil
1    cup  sugar
3/4  cup  vinegar
1    tsp  mustard, prepared
1    tsp  Worchester sauce
1         pepper, diced
1         onion, red
          salt & pepper

Cook carrots until barely done.  Combine all ingredients.
Marinate for 12 or more hours.  Joanne claims that carrots
are best if marinated for over a week.
