Spoonbread
8 oz wt sour cream 1 pkg 'Jiffy' Corn Muffin Mix (8½ oz) 1 pkg frozen corn, (14 oz) 1 can creamed corn (14 oz) 2 lg eggs 2/3 cup milk Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased oven-proof casserole dish. Bake at 350-400 F until set, about 45+ minutes. Options: sauted peppers and/or onion grated cheese cooked bacon or sausage C&W Sweet Corn & Black Bean Salad Adapted from Chuck Riker's "Norma's Spoonbread".
